Livestock Procurement & Grid
NRM is responsible for sourcing livestock for Casino Food Company’s processing facilities. We work closely with producers across the Northern Rivers and agents as far as north Queensland to procure livestock through a combination of saleyard purchases and direct consignments.
Our procurement team, headed up by Heidi Hayes is committed to maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers by offering consistent pricing structures and reliable communication. This ensures a steady, high-quality supply of livestock into our processing operations while providing fair and transparent outcomes for livestock producers.

Marketing and Sales of Meat and Offal Products
NRM also plays a vital role in marketing and selling meat and offal products produced at our facilities. These include a wide range of quality prime yearling beef and milk fed & grain finished veal and pork as well as specialty offals, catering to both domestic and export markets.
