Our Focus

Casino Food Company is a leading Australian beef and veal processor, operating a high-capacity, fully integrated facility in northern New South Wales. CFC has the capacity to process up to 8,000 head of cattle across two specialised processing floors — making it the only facility in the country with dual-floor operations for both beef and smallstock.

Our processing operations are underpinned by strict food safety systems, overseen by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) and built on robust HACCP principles. Animal welfare is central to how we operate, with certification under the Australian Livestock Processing Industry Animal Welfare Certification System (AAWCS).

From receival through to packaging, we maintain a strong focus on hygiene, product integrity, and traceability at every step.

  • State of the art knocking box & dual processing floors for operational flexibility and capacity
  • Four boning chains tailored for retail and foodservice product development
  • A state-of-the-art blast chill tunnel and cold store, with an automated carton storage and retrieval system for efficiency and traceability
  • Integrated systems supporting hygiene, food safety, and workflow optimisation
